Challenger Division Sign Up
If you are interested in putting your child into our Challenger program please read up on the program under the Football Tab. Our Challenger Division is free of charge. To sign up, there are two steps you need to follow. First click on the "Create an account" link and make sure your personal information is in the registration data base. Note that you will not find the challenger program as an available selection. All challenger sign ups are done manually after you have your account set up with your personal information return to this page and click on the "Challenger Sign Up" link below and be sure to put "Challenger Sign Up" in the subject line and an SM Pop Warner Board member will manually register you and then contact you directly about the program.
